Why cleansing is so important

I got this email from Pradeep today. It’s all about why cleansing is so important. Where I hear you ask? Externally and within.

It’s excellent! It sums up a lot of what I’ve been doing recently. Of course I know many people who would not approve at all! However, I don’t see the point of holding onto things, filling my home and feeling that there isn’t enough space; especially when I don’t use those things any more. Tapes, clothes, crockery, pans, carpet cut offs etc.

I used freecycle to do my bit and give it to someone else who may use it.

This presentation is succinct yet powerful so I had to share it. 🙂
