Toxins!
‘What are they?’ I hear you ask.
Gossip.
Lies.
Deceit.
Hypocrisy.

All of them are toxins for your body and mind.
Don’t you find?

What purpose do they have?
To create confusion?
To make people sad?
To cover up the truth?

Who does it serve?

Can we detox a little and make our lives more simple? Any ideas of how we can achieve this? What do we need to do?

One way to make our lives more simple is to ditch all those gadgets, notes, things that we feel “may come in use one day”.

Give them to charity, give them away to someone who needs it more right now than you, or recycle it.

Get rid of it – make some more space in your life – make way for nicer things and focus that newly acquire time on enriching relationships and focusing on your inner peace.

Yes. This makes sense.
I guess in this poem I was talking more about the conversations we engage in or start with others.
Does it serve us?
Does it help?
Is it fair?

Gossiping. I guess most people do it at some point. Some more often than others! But I think we should try and resist it and try and minimise it or stop completely, for example.

To lie, deceive and/or be a hypocrite and delude yourself isn’t helpful to anyone.

More harmful right?

Anyway thanks for your comments.
DEFINITELY feels good to de-clutter. Keep going. Minimise, minimise, minimise. 🙂
