I visited a friend of mine and found that her fridge had things that were used and then wrapped in cling film. For example, half an onion, sandwiches and so on.
I thought long and hard about how to possibly convince her to stop using it but in the end it’s simple.
Containers are washable, reusable & recyclable. They can be recycled in terms of reusing them and often when they need to be discarded, they can be recycled too!
So why spend money on cling film which can only be used once before it is thrown away? Thrown away is the key!It cannot be recycled.
I found website that has also commented on this. It wont take long to read it. It consists of one line.
